xelaI've been getting some jobhunting coaching from a friend-of-a-friend who's a very experienced senior manager. Part of her advice is that since I'm so phobic about interviewing, I should ask friends if I can do practice interviews with them.
So this is me asking. If interviewing prospective employees is something you regularly do as part of your job (or maybe even if it isn't), I'd appreciate it if you'd be willing to take a half-hour or so pretending I'm a job candidate. Thanks in advance.
