Have an hour free around Arlington?

Anyone have an hour or so free in the next few days? I need to do a couple things around the apartment that require a second pair of hands. One is some minor electrical work, where I need someone to hold a flashlight and just generally be the second person you should always have at hand when doing certain kinds of work. The other is moving a piece of furniture from one room to another, that will be far easier for two people, one at each end, then for one. It should all take roughly an hour.
