Anyone able to help between now and, say, 19:00?

Is anyone likely to be able to help out this afternoon / early evening? The work necessary for me to be able to sleep here is not all that daunting --- probably less than one person-hour. Unfortunately, it has to be an able-bodied person's hour. I've done all I can for now, and have been having to devote most of my time today to medical bureaucracy anyway.
