I know at least two people on my friends list normally read my LJ via RSS. You should know that I'm going to be making far fewer unlocked posts in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience.
If you add ?auth=digest to the feed URL, and have a feed reader that can deal with digest authentication, you will get the locked posts as well. (Though I don't think there's a visible indicator in the feed of which posts are locked, which I consider to be a bug.)
