A dice competitor that required recruiters to build glue code to do data interchange with them, such that when a job seeker clicks the 'apply now' link, instead of yet another series of forms to fill out with your name, contact info, work history, and toenail color, they'd just get the info automatically. Candidates who don't enjoy wasting their time would flock to them.

Of course, right after I say this, we would have to get a new buzzword-spewing CIO who goes on and on about certifications, continuous quality improvement, teams versus silos, and a whole load of crap like that. Hoops, here I come.
