Negotiation

I just went through a business negotiation in which I was steadfast and did not alter my position — and eventually the other side conceded. I was totally in the right, which helped. But as a natural-born consensus-seeker, I have not generally let that stop me from compromising in the past.

Right now I'm exhausted. Maybe I'll feel victorious in the morning.
