Walk Picture forthcoming

I saw something out the corner of my eye this morning that totally made me smile, and that I thought would make a lovely first entry in the cool things I saw while walking series.

Unfortunately LJApp doesn't seem to have a way to insert images - or for that matter, a way to insert a cut to put it behind (save, perhaps, trying to type html directly on the world's most annoying keyboard). So it will have to wait til I get home.

In the mean time, I got to walk around in by far the springiest weather yet, and am now going to hang out with eclecticmagpie. Ciao!

Um… my version of the LJ ios app has an icon of a cancel in the tool bar above the keyboard when typing an entry. That takes you to your Photo Albums, from which you can add a picture you've already taken.

See my journal from last Monday for an example.

If you hold the camera icon, it switches you to the camera, to take a new picture.

Right next to the camera icon is a head icon, which inserts lj user= code (with gt/lt), and next to that is a scissors icon, which does the 2nd thing you're looking for.

I have no idea if this has already been hashed out on zephyr or not, but there you go.
