xelaBHCC is blocking outgoing ssh and imaps --- so I can check neither of my email accounts. Blarg! I know this sort of thing is commonplace on networks run by people who don't actually understand security. But I live a charmed life, and can't recall the last time I encountered it.
(Also --- does http://athena.dialup.mit.edu/ssh.html no longer work, or are they somehow blocking that too?)
