t-mobile website?
Oct. 9th, 2014 05:49 pmOn the off chance that any of you are
- A t-mobile customer
- who has figured outhow to view your data usage on my.t-mobile.com
- I go to my.t-mobile.com and log in.
- I look for something that says something like "Billing" (on the theory that my monthly bills, which I never look at, should detail my usage). See nothing. Mouse around; find that if I hover over "Support" some subtabs appear, including one labeled "Billing" — which, I delude myself into thinking, looks promising. So I click on it.
- Nothing on this page about viewing my bills either. But there is something that says
Check your usage on My T-Mobile
(Yes, really: "USAGE." All caps.)
To check your usage on My T-Mobile, log in and click USAGE. - Since I had started by logging onto My T-Mobile, I was pretty sure there was no USAGE there to click on. But I looked anyway. Nada.

3. That will bring you to this page: https://account.my.t-mobile.com/billing/summary.html The "Current Charges" box has in the upper left-hand-corner "Print Bill (PDF)" and "View usage summary." I've always just nabbed the PDF, but the view usage summary (https://account.my.t-mobile.com/usage/usageoverview.html) seems like exactly what you want.
Hope this helps.
