BOS: Anyone seen these locally?

Has anyone seen center-punches of the sort in this picture for sale anywhere locally? (Amazon carries them, but I'd like to have one by Sunday and not pay through the nose for the privilege.)



(Yes, the hand-model is holding a nail-set, not a center-punch. And none of the other items in the picture is definitely (at least to my eyesight) a center-punch either. But I know they make them.)

I am not sure it is the same thing, but maybe Rockler might have it? Maybe phone first?

The only possibilities that come to mind are harbor freight and rockler.
