What a day

Typed from my bed - my bed! - laying facedown for the first time in months, and typing with my laptop on the floor, head hanging over the edge of the bed, for the first time in years or maybe decades. As one last act on what surely feels like the longest day in my life. A day that a few minutes ago I found myself calling the worst day in my life. Only to then tear up and shake a little as I realized it was also a day of wonderful loving friends. Friends in need, and friends in deed. So thank you dear friends for making one of the worst days of my life also want the best.
