Date: 2005-02-08 02:39 pm (UTC)That is incredibly weird. I also see a ftp url in the ... minibuffer, for lack of a handier word ... when I hover my mouse pointer over the link (both in Safari and Firefox). In the email version of your comment, the quoted original begins:
When I went to edit the entry on LJ, thinking maybe I'd accidentally pasted in a non-printing character that was causing the odd behaviour, what I saw was:
I edited it anyway, hand re-typing the "h t t p : / / m e m" part; it still shows up as an ftp url when I hover my mouse over it. I'm stumped, and have an appointment to get to.

OK, I confess I was doing a vanity Google search of "lego dulcimer" today just to see how it had propogated around. I'm glad you and a couple of your LJ freinds found it amusing.
