Thanks tokareila , I'm here for the beta.  I am very hopeful that dreamwidth will allow me and my friends to shed our dull-witted Russian overlords.  Already a definite win is the web entry form's editing features.  I'm sure there are many more that I'll find when I have more time to explore.

Also, this time I got in early enough to get my preferred username!

I see we have a mutual interest in Uncle Bonsai, and I find your other interests ... interesting ... so I subscribed. And since I went to a neo-Uncle Bonsai concert last night, I thought I'd drop you a note. Ashley is still Somewhere Out There so her parts were sung by Patrice O'Neill (who actually did very well with a massive amount of lyrics! She only missed once - as did Arnie, so it was really a major accomplishment!). They did mostly old stuff, with a few not-new-but-not-yet-recorded numbers and one or two I'd never heard before. They were playing in an odd venue - a sometime dinner-theatre in Auburn, a farm-ish community about half-way between Seattle and Tacoma (gateway to Enumclaw!)...

Anyhow...you don't know me but now you know why I've subscribed to your blog. Howdy!
